I am inspired by how Mortenson engages in local organizations and how our passion is evident. Leading and participating in volunteer events helps me find balance and give back to my community.

A recently retired superintendent I worked with for several years said, "it's not the projects I remember or miss the most; it's the relationships." We will work on many projects in our careers, but developing meaningful relationships built on transparency, trust, and having a little bit of fun along the way makes this industry so fulfilling.
